For this uniquely restored farmhouse, barh designed and produced the double bespoke custom handmade desks, in cooperation with architects Anversa. The mirror elements at the basis result in an optic illusion of floating tables. The office tables are positioned back to back to facilitate direct communication between the people sitting at the tables. At party time the tables are positioned lengthwise, hereby offering the chance for 26 people to eat and celebrate together.
In 2016 barh presented this table for the first time at Maison & Objet in Paris. In 2017 it was again on display in the Design Museum Ghent during the Hands on Design exhibition, organized by Design Vlaanderen. The table was later granted to design lovers who now use it in their gorgeous house in Ghent Zeehaven.
For a notary office, barh designed a barh bespoke notary table. It is made out of a steel frame, combined with a black stained ash wood top and an attention-grabbing brass panel. The brass build-in lamp was designed by Dim Atelier's Vladimir Slavov.
This bespoke meeting table was designed to offer room for over 20 people. The tabletop is made out of black stained ash wood in combination with a brass accent, giving it the extra detail for which barh is known for. Within the total length of 4m50 and width of 1m50 the golden ratio is applied in a creative way.
